Article 2 - Consumer's Legal Capacity:

  1. The consumer affirms that they have the legal capacity under Shariah and law to engage with the store, or that they are at least 18 years old.
  2. If this provision is violated, the consumer bears full responsibility for any consequences resulting from such violation.

Article 3 - Nature of Commitment:

  1. The store's commitment to consumers is to provide the products or services as specified.
  2. The store may also offer related services, such as after-sales support, depending on the nature of the product or service.

Article 4 - Usage Guidelines:

  1. Consumers must use the store's platform in accordance with public morals and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. Consumers must not use purchased products or services in ways that violate public morals or applicable laws in the Kingdom.

Article 5 - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

When registering an account on the store, the user agrees to:

  1. Maintain the confidentiality of their account information and password and inform the store immediately of any unauthorized use.
  2. Accept responsibility for any direct or indirect losses resulting from unauthorized access to their account.
  3. Use their account personally and ensure that any third-party access to the account is authorized.
  4. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it as necessary.
  5. Trust that the store will treat personal information confidentially and securely.
  6. Acknowledge that providing false or misleading information may result in the suspension or cancellation of their account.
  7. Accept that the store has the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms.

Article 6 - Electronic Communications and Notifications:

  2. The consumer agrees that electronic communications are legally equivalent to written notifications.
  3. Notifications and announcements may also be made through public messages or targeted communications.

Article 7 - Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees:

  1. If any provision of this agreement is found invalid, other provisions remain enforceable.
  2. This agreement may be amended periodically as necessary.
  3. The store may impose fees based on the nature of products or services or regulatory requirements.
  4. The store reserves the right to adjust fees or costs at its discretion.

Article 8 - Payment Services:

  1. The store provides payment services through its partners, either entirely online or via other methods provided.
  2. The store ensures pricing reflects current market values.
  3. Consumers are entitled to invoices and receipts for all purchases.
  4. The store adheres to standard accounting practices in its operations.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property Rights:

  1. The store fully owns its intellectual property, including its name, logos, and trademarks.
  2. Consumers must respect the store’s intellectual property rights.

Article 10 - Store Responsibility:

  3. The store reserves the right to amend or cancel promotional campaigns.
  4. Both parties agree to adhere to Saudi laws and regulations in their dealings.
  5. This agreement remains enforceable unless terminated by the store’s administration.
